1. Digital Service Access Lernowa AI provides digital educational services, including instant access to our AI-powered mathematical tutoring engine. Because our services grant immediate access to proprietary digital resources and cloud computing infrastructure, traditional physical returns are not applicable.

2. No Refunds All payments made for Lernowa AI subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for partially used billing periods, unused question quotas, or accidental subscription renewals. Once a monthly payment is processed, that month's service is locked in and active.

3. Subscription Cancellations You have complete control over your subscription and may cancel it at any time.

• If you choose to cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your currently paid monthly billing cycle.

• You will continue to have full access to all Lernowa AI features until that cycle concludes.

• Once the current cycle ends, your subscription will not renew, and no further payments will be processed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances If you experience a severe technical disruption or billing error originating directly from our platform, please reach out via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support within 3 days of the incident. Such issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Lernowa AI management team.

5. Policy Updates We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the current terms.
