OVERVIEW

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital educational assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and Premium Diagnostic Reports conducted through academy.lernowa.ai and associated subdomains operated by LERNOWA AI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 74-24-26, Ashok Nagar, Vijayawada - 520007, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. NATURE OF DIGITAL SERVICES

Lernowa AI Labs Private Limited delivers purely digital software services and educational diagnostics. Our assessments utilize automated cloud-based Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAG) and deterministic cognitive evaluation algorithms.

Upon successful payment authorization via our integrated payment gateways (including Shopify, Stripe, or authorized Merchants of Record), digital access to the purchased assessment or Premium Diagnostic Report is provisioned instantly. Because our services consist of digital data unlocked immediately upon checkout, traditional physical returns and merchandise exchanges do not apply.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE DIGITAL DELIVERABLES

Except as explicitly set forth in Section 4 of this policy:

  • All sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and digital access to an assessment or diagnostic report is provisioned, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.

  • We do not offer prorated refunds, partial credits, or exchanges for previously unlocked diagnostic modules, syllabus evaluations, or downloaded reports.

  • Dissatisfaction with a student's assessed performance score or prerequisite gap identification does not constitute a valid basis for a refund, as the service purchased is the diagnostic evaluation itself.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our digital assessments and reports operate on a single-purchase, one-time transaction model rather than an auto-renewing recurring subscription.

Because order fulfillment and access provisioning occur instantaneously via automated API webhooks upon payment capture, orders cannot be canceled or modified once the payment has been submitted and authorized.

4. TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS & BILLING REMEDIATION

We are committed to delivering the services you pay for. We investigate and resolve verified technical failures under the following terms:

  • Duplicate Charges: If an automated gateway error results in multiple charges for the same transaction, notify our support team. Upon verification from our payment processor logs, any duplicate charge will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Access Delivery Failures: If your payment is debited successfully but a technical failure on our infrastructure prevents your report from unlocking or generating within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at support@lernowa.ai within 5 business days of the transaction.

  • Resolution Process: Upon receiving your notice with valid transaction proof (order ID, registered email, and payment receipt), our technical engineering team will diagnose the issue:

    1. We will first manually re-provision and restore full access to your purchased digital report or assessment.

    2. If an unresolvable server failure prevents us from delivering the purchased report, Lernowa AI Labs Private Limited will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you encounter any billing discrepancy or delivery issue, we request that you contact our administrative team directly at support@lernowa.ai before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Initiating an unauthorized dispute or fraudulent chargeback may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your platform account and forfeiture of diagnostic history.

6. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Lernowa AI Labs Private Limited reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior individual notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.
